I used this item after its arrival. initially, i believed a broken one had been shipped, which can be a common occurrence with certain sellers. i always make sure to triple-check everything. i am very glad i did. it is important to carefully search for and remove the clear plastic sheet that is inserted beneath the batteries. so far, i am very pleased with these nail trimmers and highly recommend them.
Comfortable scissors, a comfortable handle, fits well in the hand. The cap collects the trimmed claws, but if you awkwardly turn it over in your hand, everything will fall out, but this is still better than having the claws flying all over the apartment.

I got two of them, and they work great. The light works on both. The cutting edge is made of thick stainless steel, which is very sturdy, and they are quite dangerous if misused. The handle is large and doesn't require much pressure to cut thick nails. Sometimes, the acrylic cap gets in the way, but it has a handy hinge that allows you to move it out of the way.
Very good quality, the light is also bright enough for the claw.
I do like that they light up. I have not tried them on my dogs yet. I have dogs with dark nails and it's difficult to see where the quick is on their nails sometimes so i'm hoping this helps
It's very beautiful and feels great in the hand. The light works perfectly, everything is very good. I really liked that it comes with a cover to protect the battery and prevent it from draining; I only take it off when I'm going to use it. I loved that detail to protect the battery, and it also has that lock that prevents it from draining if I'm not going to use it for weeks. Great job! 👍
